As far as her physical appearance goes, there doesn't seem to be any objection to the idea of her wearing round otaku glasses and to her having the Suzuha beta hairstyle. I think the hairstyle is actually really subtly a great design choice because it looks like an actual real hairstyle but it's niche enough to where anyone on a forum like this will immediately associate it with Suzuha. So it's a really cool way of referencing SciADV without going over the top.
The sword has been largely ironed out by now it seems, there are perhaps a few small details in dispute but none of us seem super passionate about them. It'll likely be a power glove with a built in PC as I detailed in my earlier posts. The only major contention seems to be if it will be synthetic or an actual Di-Sword; I much favour the latter, personally. Think it's truer to the series. The name of the sword also seems to be slightly in contention still, I and a few others favour the PS-98 moniker while our leading artist prefers the P-Sword P68000. Not really a big deal though.
Her bodytype seems to have been largely agreed upon as well, will probably be a smaller Kozupii-type shape. The main things in contention now seem to be the colouring of her hair and eyes and the outfit that she will wear; anyone here with strong opinions on these matters should cook so to speak because your concept has a pretty good chance of sticking if it's good! There are smaller things also such as the hairpin question, obviously we'll probably have at least one and it'll be the FGL badge but maybe having two would be cool> Also I never expressly gave my support but I also second the motion for her to have a Gero Froggy keychain somewhere as well.
Trackball probably makes more practical sense. I think the Atari joystick would be the most aesthetic option, but you could argue the design already looks gaudy enough as I said so I wouldn't be torn up either way. Hah, that's one of the characters I referenced. If we're gonna figure out what colour her hair should be I think purple would look good, but I'm not married to it. I'm not partial to the huge sword, even if it's funny: if she's supposed to be a super-hacka a magic power glove is more in-character. I'd kinda like to tack a Dreamcast reference on somehow especially now knowing that you used Radirgy as a reference but not sure if it's possible. The DC was like an essential item in Otakudom for a time, lots of anime from the 2000s references it and it had lots of VNs on it too so I think it being there makes sense beyond my personal preference. Maybe could have like a VMU hairpin or something, lol. I will say that I think having a headpiece would look weird if we're sticking with the glasses look, and honestly the glasses have grown on me a good deal at this point I really like them.
The GITS stuff is a bit too sci-fi for me (I worded my "literally growing out of the fingers" bit in my original post poorly; I meant in a more metaphorical sense, like it appears as though it's growing out which is figurative and not literal lol). I'd prefer it to be an actual sword like the other ones are personally. The sword won''t be apart of the glove or anything but it'll just be silver/grey shards, the glove itself will basically function as an add-on. Maybe we could say she formulated an attachment to the glove and it helped her awaken her Di-Sword, hence it's symbolic intermixing with it but the two aren't literally intertwined.
