.cbz files are quite literally just .zip files with a different extension (Comic Book Zip) so that dedicated comic book reader applications will detect/open them natively without doing the same for all your other .zip files. You could either read it using a .cbz viewer along the lines of CDisplayEX or open it with 7-Zip or your archive viewer of choice and see/rip all the pages as individual image files. Same goes for .cbr (the .rar equivalent) as well.
