I was going for authenticity. I didn't want to just remake the child one when I made the chaos;head version, so I decided to capitalize on the game's creepy vibe and make something different. Trying to think of a funny joke for the s;g version, and if I make a R;N version it'll just be slander

Just curious, why you dislike R;N so much?

It's just not for me. I don't think the game is actually bad. Won't go into the major details since this is the meme thread but:

- I can't stand the protgonist. Kaito is just super obnoxious and irriatating. I was constantly imagining being in a group project with him while playing, if you get what I mean.
- I don't feel like all of the SoL and buildup lives up to the conclusion
- Kou is a very mediocre villain, even in a series not known for its strong non-twist villains. Very unmemorable.
- The game has too many really cheesy moments that I just don't think fit the rest of the series. The bird saving Airi, the hallmark movie stuff where the whole island suddenly cares about the robotics club and Gunbuild 1, and the final CG. Don't care for it at all
- My opinion is forever tainted because some idiot spoiled the twist with Kou way early on in my playthrough. That undoubtedly made my opinion of the game worse, but it's not the game's fault for that.

There's others but that's the major thing. It would require a total rewrite but I honestly wish Akiho had been the protagonist. Nothing with Kaito lands for me, even though he does have his moments that I do like. The slander stuff is mostly just jokes though, like I said I don't really think it's a bad game. Just not what I wanted
